THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE AND THE NADMO REGIONAL AND MUNICIPAL DIRECTOR DONATING RELIEF ITEMS TO THE AFFECTED PEOPLE AT BURMA CAMP

In the wake of recent flooding in the Burma Camp area of Accra, the Chief Executive of LaDMA (La Dade-Kotopon Municipal Assembly) and the NADMO (National Disaster Management Organization) Regional and Municipal Coordinating Director of LaDMA have come together to offer relief to the affected people.

The heavy rains that lashed the area caused severe flooding, leading to the displacement of many people from their homes. The situation was further aggravated by the COVID-19 pandemic, which had already affected the livelihoods of many in the area.

To address the immediate needs of the affected people, the Chief Executive of LaDMA and the NADMO Regional and Municipal Coordinating Director of LaDMA went to Burma Camp to provide relief items. They were accompanied by a team of volunteers and staff members who helped to distribute the items.
